To combat this, create a chore schedule that distributes tasks evenly throughout the week. Break larger tasks into smaller, manageable parts. For instance, instead of cleaning the entire house on one day, assign specific areas to different days. Take time each morning and evening to tackle the small chores that make your home feel better, such as cleaning the kitchen and making your bed.


Time Block Like a Boss : Time blocking is an effective method for managing your schedule. Allocate specific blocks of time for different types of activities—work, chores, relaxation, and family time. By dedicating time to each area, you ensure that nothing is neglected, and you can approach each task with a clear mind.



Fine-Tune Your Flow: Your schedule and chore list should be fluid, not rigid. Regularly review your routines and adjust them as needed. Life changes, and so should your approach to organization. Be open to experimenting with different strategies until you find what works best for you.
